Rose Mansion is an analog music label based in Beijing, China. Its goal is to get things done right.
Independent and musician-oriented, Rose Mansion seeks to catalogue and disperse the most exciting and idiosyncratic recording artists in China, as well as to foster sonic exchange between like-minded performers and audiences across the world.
The label was founded in 2010. Its first run of releases include cassettes from the Offset: Spectacles, Hot & Cold, Soviet Pop, Dirty Beaches and LuXinPei.
Rose Mansion Analog uses cassettes and vinyls as the format of choice, not only because we prefer the warmth of these formats, but also because we feel that music needs to be presented in a physical and tangible manner.
